Pattern Test: Jocole's "Everyday Ruffle Knit Pants"

I was lucky enough to be selected to test yet another of Jocole's lovely knit patterns, this time the Everyday Ruffle Knit Pants (soon to be released!).  Can I just say that I'm in LOVE with the Jocole patterns!!  If you are afraid of knits, then you need to try one of Jodi's patterns because they are fantastic!  With each pattern she gives tons of tips on how to sew knits with a basic sewing machine and serger.  Her photos and instructions are very clear, and every pattern I have tested has been a quick sew!  What more could you ask for?  This latest pattern is my very favorite yet, and I KNOW that I will use it at least 10 more times throughout the spring and summer.  When EG tried on these pants she said, "Mommy are these PJs?!"  Yep, they're that comfy.  Nope, they aren't PJs, but isn't it lovely to have pants that are that comfortable??  Anyhow, Jocole didn't ask me to post about the pattern, but I couldn't not post about it.  Here's a sneak peek of the Everyday Ruffle Knit Pants...adorable, right?  I made this pair from two thrifted knit shirts I've been dying to use.  I didn't have enough fabric from the shirts to do the pants and ruffles in the same print, so I combined them.  Looks pretty awesome with the boutique style tank (which I promise the tutorial is coming for!) too, huh?

Other Jocole patterns that I have tested/purchased (and can vouch for their awesomeness) are the Basic Knit Leggings, Bloomers, Knit Ruffle Skirt (has an option for attaching the bloomers to it), and the Knit Peasant Tee.  I'd recommend any of them!
