Tank Top {Boutique Style} and Petti Romper Pattern Test

Hi all!  Here's a little late night post to hold you over until the twirl dress tutorial goes up in the morning :)  I have a few things in the works that I want to share with you in the next few weeks and this little tank top is the first.  This sweet little boutique style embellished tank top is so easy, and I'll share the quick how-to later on this week :)  I love how it turned out, and the little miss does too!  This is a super scrap-buster project, and only requires a few fabric scraps, some interfacing, and some buttons or other embellishment if you want.  It takes about 30 minutes start to finish!  Can't beat that!

Also, I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of the pattern testers for Whimsy Couture's new Petti Ruffle Romper.  I love using ruffle fabric, so I jumped at the chance to test a pattern with it!  I think EG is probably a little too old for it {for my taste anyway}, but I think it would be SUPER adorable on a baby or young toddler.  The pattern is very well written and easy to follow, and this thing is SO SIMPLE {though no one would believe it}!  Just takes a little bit of ruffle fabric and elastic thread.  Go check it out :)
